We build, repair, and teach the systems other companies depend on. The engagements below are anonymized — industry and scale only, directional outcomes only — but every one is real work shipped or in active build.
The pattern is consistent: a working deliverable in weeks, not a slide deck in months. We expose the bare logic of a process, find the points where leverage actually lives, and rebuild from there. Where a step must stay human, it stays human — on purpose, by design.

A top-tier US bank wanted to grow its loan book without growing headcount in proportion. We designed a credit-intelligence layer that drafts the 22 sections of a Credit Approval Memo from systems of record and flags where executed loan terms diverge from what was approved — extending the bank's process, not replacing it. The hard part was the boundary: risk rating and relationship judgment stay human, respected in the data model, not just the UI.
A high-end watch and jewelry boutique wanted to extend the showroom concierge to every channel without diluting it. We designed a phased AI concierge — web chat in the brand's voice, then live inventory and CRM, then proactive outbound — with a two-agent split between the customer-facing concierge and internal admin tooling. Luxury is a tone problem before a technology problem: measured, knowledgeable, never pushy.
A global leadership-development firm had a proven methodology at real scale — thousands of participants, 100+ workshops, four continents, eight languages — prototyped as ~24 disconnected apps plus an ERP. We designed one multi-tenant platform organized around the firm's method: content and user management as the spine, framework and trainer tooling on top, connectors over bespoke agents, migrated in phases so the firm kept running underneath.
A multi-generational family-enterprise advisory needed a private, secure home for each family's governance — one the advisory could maintain without an engineer in the loop. We built a multi-tenant governance OS: MFA, role-based access, and a CMS layer so non-technical advisors build each family's pages without code. Trust is the entire product — multi-tenant isolation had to be provably right, while the surface stayed soft enough to actually use.
A corporate-training company wanted to turn the front of its funnel into a product: assess an organization's skills, find the gaps, and map them onto its own course catalog with a hire-versus-train recommendation. We built a two-surface MVP in ~30 days — AI-led skills interviews feeding an executive analytics dashboard — white-label and multilingual from the start. The challenge was an interview that feels natural yet yields structured, analyzable signal.
An IP-licensing company read a constant stream of scripts — ~10 hours of expert analysis each, a body of proprietary method that lived only in people's heads. We built a platform that runs customizable analysis modules, refines conversationally, and learns the company's own way of reading. Underneath: an evaluation corpus and content hashing so every analysis is versioned and reproducible, not a vibe. A one-off engagement became a recurring product.
Leaders at a Fortune 500 manufacturer face crises no slide deck prepares them for. We built an AI crisis-simulation pilot: a chat-based simulator with an AI 'crisis-master' that drives a developing situation and adapts to the team's decisions, roles assigned across participants, structured as a recurring program. The craft was a crisis-master that escalates believably without railroading — pedagogically deliberate, genuinely uncertain in the moment.
An FP&A consultancy wanted to automate finance work without the all-or-nothing rewrite that sinks most such efforts. Instead of a document, we delivered an interactive thesis: each workflow is a graph where every node has a swappable Human / AI / Program implementation. Flip a node, run the workflow, and watch it block on a human step or flow through. The argument is the artifact — the client reasons about their own processes node by node.
Three capabilities run through this work — Build (architecture and scale), Advise (strategy, due diligence, recovery), and Teach (operational training and engineering transfer). The constant is where we put the human: at the gates and the judgment calls, never in the assembly.
Names, figures, and proprietary methods are withheld by agreement. We are happy to talk through any of these in more detail under NDA.
