New tools. A different way to work.
At Rankpay, we helped the team change how it approached AI-assisted development. Practical teaching and support through the change were both important parts of the work.
01
The work
The engagement involved teaching the team to get more from AI-assisted development over a period of weeks. The human part mattered: people were learning to loosen familiar habits and become comfortable with a different way of working.
02
On measuring it
The team’s development pace picked up within weeks. We are deliberately not putting a multiplier on it here. Speed only means something alongside review effort, rework and quality, and those are the measures we agree with a team before a pilot.
03
Why the experience matters
Learning to use a tool can also mean changing expectations about the work. A useful training engagement makes room for that adjustment while keeping the discussion anchored to tasks people can practice.
