Established businesses

Software for the way your business works.

When records live in several places and employees bridge the gaps by hand, we can help bring the work together. We start by understanding the business you already have.

01

Understand the work before changing it.

We look at the records people rely on, the decisions they make and the handoffs between them. The exceptions matter too: the cases that live in someone’s memory and never quite fit the existing software.

From there, we can help organize records, build internal tools, connect existing systems and create workflows your employees can use. We plan changes around the work that still has to happen while the system improves.

02

Keep the people doing the work involved.

A useful system should make sense to the people expected to use it. We can include employee input, training and practical feedback in the work, and discuss how changes affect responsibilities and day-to-day experience.

03

AI is a choice to make deliberately.

We can build software with no generative AI in its operation, including on-premises systems. You can also ask us to help examine an AI proposal, its costs and its effects on your employees.

A restriction on using AI during development is a separate requirement. We can discuss that too, with a scope and price that reflect the requested process.

04

A specific improvement can be enough.

You do not need to commission a complete transformation. One difficult workflow, one integration or one recurring source of mistakes is a reasonable place to start.

What still needs a workaround?

Tell us about the part your people have learned to put up with.
